Our ostrich skin is a by-product of a farmed ostrich. It supports communities in rural South Africa, where employment can be a matter of life and death. Ostriches are amongst the most ecologically sound animals to farm. The roam free range, and everything is used: the meat, skin, eggs, feathers, even the ostrich fat.
We are the only international brand, that focuses on the ostrich leg skins. These skins look like python, but do not come from endangered species. They take the spectacular dyes like a dream and produce stunning, naturally graduated colour, that enhances the beauty of this leather.
